Wow! I never imagined my shelter adopted dog could go from terrified reactive towards other dogs to happily playing with Mo’s German Sheppard in 2 sessions!!!
I adopted Sunny from a shelter when she was 3 yrs old. I dreamed of having a hiking partner but she was too hard to walk. She pulled me and went in a full psychosis any time she saw another dog. Walking Sunny was painful, embarrassing, and impossible. I never thought I could afford dog training specific for behavioral problems but the I heard of Mango Dogs.
I cannot say enough about Mango Dogs. Sunny was a new dog after 20 minutes of our first session. Mo taught me how to keep her attention and take control of walking her as her leader instead of the other way around.
Today we had session 2 and Sunny made friends with Mo’s dog! I never thought this was possible. She played with another dog!
Mo is no joke! He is professional and knows how to work with dogs and people. I never feel unsafe or uncomfortable and Sunny loves him! He wears his mask for COVID-19 precautions and takes dog training to a new level. I feel lucky to have found Mango Dogs. Sunny and I have an amazing relationship now based on mutual trust.
