We adopted Jasper from a foster home, his 4th residence overall. Most of his life he was kenneled. He was never trained, nor paid attention to. His interactions with dogs were very limited. We have a smaller dog, and even though they seemed to get along, there were plenty of issues. One big issue was that Jasper would not let Nash eat. He would eat Nashes food immediately, and furiously. Jasper had a ton of energy. He was almost one when we got him. A Rottweiler and Labrador mix, to this day, wants to play and eat. He would run around our little apartment, jumping on the couch, back on the carpet, back down the hallway, it was pure chaos. As the weeks went by, frustrations built. Puddle of pee here, load of poop there, and a continuous scuffles with Nash, I was ready to move on. I asked my wife to call and find him another home. Then we found Moe Zaki. He showed us what he did with his dog, and in an understanding way talked to us about what Jasper could be. Jasper took to the training very well. With consistent training, our household went from a circus, to a comfortable place filled with love. Moe was not only able to remove the bad behaviors, but set a foundation in place that has turned Jasper into a fun loving dog with a great personality and has learned boundaries and respect for his owners. Thank you Mo for allowing us to have Jasper in our lives.
